RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The Qt implementation for Python is not available in the Jython
environment, because it is a C-based Python module.
With Jython one normally uses some Java based GUI framework (like
swing).
If you want some Qt with Jython: look here: http://qt-jambi.org/ (I have
no experience;-)
