RaiMan proposed the following answer:
if you copy all the files from Sikuli's libs directory and the extracted
dll's (either copy them from the temp directory or extract them from
sikuli-script.jar/META_INF/Lib) to one of your existing directories
being in your standard path, this should work.
If you like, post a request bug asking for more control in Sikuli's
configuration about this behavior.
