Should work.
Since you have captured the images yourself:
The region that "Alertvolume-1.png" occupies must have a lower y value
(nearer to top) and y + h (bottom left) must be greater than the
equivalent values of 3.png. Means it must be inside the region with the
height of "Alertvolume-1.png" right to it.
May be the docs help additionally, to understand what I mean.
