RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The images are not touched with the standard Eclipse building a jar.
You have to take care, that the images are in a folder that will be found by
your code in the jar at runtime.
Since it is not yet a feature of Sikuli, to load images from a jar, they
have to be outside in a separate folder.
