Hi Raiman,
Apols for the repeated questions..But I dont have any option :)
I have tried the second scenario as well
1. Downloaded the zip file to D:\sikluli
2. Extracted to D:\sikluli\xlrd-0.7.1\xlrd-0.7.1\
3. Copied the xlrd folder to C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\Lib
4. Placed excel in D:\Docs folder
5.Ran the below script
import xlrd
book = xlrd.open_workbook("D:\\Docs\\myfile.xls")
Result:
Got below error message
