Yes of course.
Use
Sikuli-IDE.bat -r path-to-your.sikuli
to execute one script and put as many of these as needed into one batch file.
If you navy many scripts to run in a batch and want to avoid the
temporary blow up of the path, copy the Sikuli-IDE.bat into your own
.bat and only replicate the java execution statement.
