RaiMan proposed the following answer:
run the jar:
java -cp "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sikuli X\sikuli-script.jar" -jar
myStuff.jar
In NetBeans setup sikuli-script.jar as "External Library" in your project, so
the information will get into your .jar and saying
java -jar myStuff.jar
should work
