This is exactly, what class Finder supports:
f = Finder(server-image)
f.find(client-image)
if f.hasNext():
print "same"
else:
print "different"
Should be no problem to transpose this to Java based on Sikuli's Jav API
docs.
Restrictions: images must have same resolution and client-image must be
max equal size as server image and must be .png.
If some of these do not be true, there are graphics features in Java to
resize/crop images and convert them to .png.
