When using the installer, the path settings are stored in the personal
settings (the admin in this case).
With your login you are switching the personal context, where these path
settings are missing I guess (actually it is the /Java/jre6/bin entry
that is missing, when using Sikuli-IDE.bat/Sikuli-IDE-w.bat, that is
missing).
So you should ask your admin, to make the path settings for Sikuli
global, or you might set them yourself in your personal settings or you
might use a modified copy of one of the above .bat's.
