Brian Li confirmed that the question is solved:
Issue is resovled!
I should use CXXFLAGS="-g -O2 -fPIC" instead of CFLAGS="-g -O2 -fPIC" to
rebuild the tesseract-2.04.

wrong with my build steps and then finally find the solution.
