The exported stuff is not an .exe, it is a .skl, which simply is a zipped
version of the folder .sikuli. So forget about "hiding" source code. The
original idea of the developers was, to produce some single file, that could be
e-mailed or stored in the net.
--- running multiple scripts one after the other
your solution is quite ok (not to say: most efficient one). So if you want to
stick with the exported Sikuli stuff, add some rename/unzip/store somewhere
step to your .bat, before calling java.
