Did you try to run the Sikuli-IDE-w.bat from the Sikuli-X directory?
The path should contain C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\libs and C:\Program
Files\Java\jre6\bin
Using Java 6 ? (Java 7 does not work with Sikuli)
