Fabian confirmed that the question is solved:
I have the answer to my question :)
In my batch file I was using the command line :
"Sikuli-IDE.exe -s -r "path-and-name-of-my-script"
I fix it up using the following command :
"Sikuli-IDE.bat -s -r "path-and-name-of-my-script"
