I have Eclipse Indigo:
-> Project Properties
-> Run/Debug Settings
-> edit your LaunchConfiguration
-> tab Environment
at the bottom "Append ....." must be selected.
If this is the case, the you can try to add to your environment:
SIKULI_HOME as
C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\
(WITH trailing \)
