This is only possible, when Sikuli's Region.text() can "read" the article
number.
I am sorry, that I could not test it, because you "ruined" the screenshot with
your colored frames ;-)
But I doubt, that Sikuli can read this font, but if you post a "clean"
shot, I can test it.
The visual approach is possible, but then you would need 100 screenshots of the
numbers and the compare step in the average would have to test 50 images
against the field: I guess between 10 and 15 seconds in average.
This could be reduced, if the numbers could be divided into parts, that are
common.
The show act is rather easy with some JFrame, that could be filled with
what you want.
