You should make up your own question, since this is not an Eclipse setup
problem!
Already looked at the docs, to understand how Sikuli works and what the
features are?
Your problem:
As Sikuli tells you: the image cannot be found on the screen, when your Java
stuff is running.
It might be hidden behind the Eclipse window ??
So arrange the windows on your system in a way, that YOU can see the image -
Sikuli will then see it as well.
