RaiMan proposed the following answer:
getting
cannot find C:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe
shows, that you do not have a standard Java installation.
So you have to fix this problem in your system path, since Sikuli needs access
to the content of the standard directory
Java/jre6/bin
wherever this might be in your installation currently.
Furthermore it is appropriate in a non standard installation, to have
SIKULI_HOME point to the Sikuli install directory.
