So try
"c:\Program Files(x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java" -jar "c:\Program Files(x86)\Sikuli
X\sikuli-script.jar" -i
this should give you an interactive Sikuli Jython session, that should
run without any problems.
The above command assumes, you have standard installations.
