If it is not a typo, then a \ is missing here
c:Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
should be
c:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
and the SIKULI_HOME must be
I:\QA\sikuli\Sikuli-X-1.0rc3\Sikuli-IDE\
