RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Sikuli scripts have to be left alone on the machine, if they depend on usage of
mouse and keyboard.
Sikuli uses the real screen and the real mouse and keyboard.
You might run more than one script in parallel on one machine using the
commandline options. But the same as for yourself goes for the
additional scripts about screen, mouse and keyboard.
