This is not optimized about cpu usage and might request 100% during run.
But this should only be a problem on machines, that have some necessary load in
the background (like servers).
A normal machine a human is working on cannot be used for other things anyway
during script run, without the risk of disturbing the script's workflow.
But if it is a problem, then you might influence the cpu usage with the
Setting.WaitScanRate value.
