RaiMan proposed the following answer:
No, Sikuli cannot act with any app on that level (like e.g. Selenium) since it
is not GUI aware, only the pixels on the screen are relevant for Sikuli.
And all you can do manually with mouse and keyboard can (nearly ;-) be
simulated using Sikuli features.
