RaiMan proposed the following answer:
If you are using Sikuli from inside a Java app, then you have to use any
image tools, that might help to measure pixels on the screen. (see faq
1686)
One possibility, is to use the IDE only for image capture and using the
Preview window tab TargetOffset, to get the exact values for x and y.
