You might define a new region based on a given match or region using the so
called spatial operators:

example with this web page
logo = find("image of logo.png") # top left
# define the top area containing logo and menu
top = logo.left(1).right(500)
# now restrict the search to the area below top
yellowButton = top.below().find("yellow button.png")
# only finds one of the buttons on the left side of the page
