as far as I understand:
there is no compound, useable OpenCV OCR solution, only some ideas and
tutorials, how to setup some OCR feature using OpenCV.
At least with Tesseract 3, the learning features are very useable.
The upcoming version of Sikuli will use Tesseract 3.
Until then you might use the Tesseract 3 command line version for
special cases.
