I guess, that you will not be able to use the current implementation of
openApp(), since the path to your chess.exe is not a Linux-native path,
but only something useable by the app Wine.
current openApp() needs a path to a Linux executable and does not accept
any parameter for that app.
For what purpose do you want an App object?
