Cecile Estival posted a new comment: The setup.exe doesn't run with compatibility mode on Server 2012. I solved my problem by "create the needed folder in %ProgramFiles%/%ProgramFiles(x86)% yourself and copy the stuff there" and create Environmentvariables like in faq 2005.
