If the infos in the wiki is not sufficient:
- Download the source and produce a javadoc.
- Have a look into the examples.
BTW: if you have any requests, issues, ... towards Sikuli Java API pls. use
also the issue page:

Since I am currently busy with a new version of Sikuli X: Are you
