Roy Chang gave more information on the question: After referring to Question #102758, this question looks like can be solved by: 1. Using other tools to take a FULL-screen screenshot of the bubble icon or pop-up context menu. 2. Positioning the screen shot to match the location of the icon or menu. 3. Take screenshot now can select the area of the icon or menu if they show up at the exact positions.
