cicero confirmed that the question is solved:
I think I have managed to solve this problem.
Instead of including the extracted Lib folder from sikuli-script.jar to the
External Libraries of PYTHONPATH, I copied the sikuli folder (that is inside
the Lib folder) to the site-packages folder in the jython installation folder.
