X 1.0rc1 problems with Sikuli X installer while 10.2 exists/running

Bug description:
Version: X 1.0 rc1
Operatng system: Windows 7 x64
After installation Sikuli does not provide any launcher. To launch it,
probably Sikuli-IDE.bat should be used, but then a CMD window opens
and will not disappear.
A launcher with required settings pre-defined should be provided.
