How the scripts are launched does not matter.
Sikuli scripts usually are workflows waiting for some visual objects to
appear on the screen and then do some keyboard and/or mouse actions.
This has to happen on a real screen (no headless machines, must be
logged in, no screensaver active, ...). As long as you can assure this
in your situation: should work.
