RaiMan proposed the following answer:
not SikuliX-IDE is frozen, but SIKULI12.11, because I decided, to have a
better structure and naming for future development.
My devlopement now goes on in the 2 other repos SikuliX-IDE (whloe
package) and SikuliX-API (only the stuff for the Java people).
Old scripts developed with Sikuli X-1.0rc3 shouöld continue to work with
the new version finaly ready at May 22.
