RaiMan proposed the following answer:
I guess, that the construction of the PATH does not work in this case,
so a reference to the 32-Bit Sikuli is active, which leads to some mix
of 64-Bit and 32-Bit.
Look at your PATH - it is a bit messy ;-)
Make your own Sikuli.cmd, that makes everything from scratch.
Look for a sample in faq 2220
