RaiMan proposed the following answer:
When you want to use a 32-Bit Java on Windows 64-Bit, you have to use
the Win32 package.
But with the new version, you can now easily run everything in 64-Bit
only.
Just install the Java 64 Bit version and remove all Java related 32-Bit
stuff
