You seem to have the "Windows Java 6 bug" (bug 1182870)
So either use the supplied sikuli-script.cmd or use
java -cp "C:\Documents and Settings\asreeniv\My Documents\Downloads\Sikuli-
IDE-1.0.0-Win32\sikuli-script.jar" org.sikuli.script.SikuliScript -r
H:\sikuli\maintest.java
