Say you have Sikuli stuff at
/Stuff/SikuliX
containing sikuli-script.jar and the libs folder.
in Eclipse:
set a reference to /Stuff/SikuliX/sikuli-script.jar in your project properties
on command line:
java -cp /Stuff/SikuliX/sikuli-script.jar -jar mystuff.jar
