So far Sikuli appears to be a great tool. I started to use Sikuli with java and noticed that I cannot seem to find a good way to search or click from a file in memory. I wanted to have a packaged file with images stored in them and load them into memory and then have my java application use a stream to reference the image, but I don't think this is possible.
