Sorry, not yet a feature.
But this is on the list:
feature 1: You might define a more complex pattern existing of some
parts that have some relation to each other (e.g. relative position, max
size, ...). This e.g could help to find some framed visual object.
Feature 2: define a Pattern and advise to ignore one or more parts of it
(e.g.the content of a not empty entry field) (internally this would use
feature 1) including a definition of min and max size.
