Exactly the same issue with Sikuli 1.0.1.
I got two machines (Linux), one installed Sikuli 1.0.1 several days ago and it
works fine.
Yesterday I installed Sikuli(newly download) for another machines and it
suffers this issue, as @Valerie said.
I switched 3 Java version for test, same issue.
I noticed that in this commit:

@Raiman made some changes 2 days ago on absolute filenames, But I don't know
whether it is related.
@Valerie, for workaround, I switched on the "show script as plain text" option
and it works well and
I can run the scripts but no Image shows in the scripts.
I am using SLED(SuSE Linux) for test.
