Aravind proposed the following answer:
Assuming that sikuli-script-1.0.1 is the one which you might have copied from
the offline jars, now you just have to run the runSet.cmd via commandline and
follow the installation steps.
Probably, you may have to check the second option alone in the installation ui
and continue.
