I just made some tests with my Win7-64 and the new version 1.0.1
(nothing changed in this area against RC3).
I cannot reproduce this problem.
The string given with App("some program") is directly and unchanged given to
the Windows API call CreateProcess
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms682425(v=vs.85).aspx)
at app.open() as the second parameter lpCommandLine
Currently I have no means to check this further.
