When talking about Sikuli Java API in the context of Sikuli X (current version
1.0.1, http://www.sikuli.org/download.html), then the classes and methods in
org.sikuli.script are meant.
This is available in sikuli-ide.jar, sikuli-script.jar and sikuli-java.jar,
that are produced using sikuli-setup.jar.
sikuli-java.jar is tailored for usages with pure Java or Jython, whereas
sikuli-ide.jar, sikuli-script.jar provide the Jython script editing and running.
Again: I do not support Sikuli Java API ( http://code.google.com/p/sikuli-api ).
Go there if you need support or try Google.
I did never try to mix both versions. You might try this.
But the 2 packages are totally different at the class/method level and cannot
be mixed easily (this is what I call Java API level)
So my recommendation: decide which one you want to use and then be happy
with the contained features.
