nevermind.
i deleted some registry entries and got it back up again.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\sikuli\ide\
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\org\sikuli\basics\
