what happens, if you use only
start /i /wait c:\SikuliX\runScript.cmd -r c:\SikuliX\testprogram1.sikuli
... and it might be worth to try this:
start /i cmd /K c:\SikuliX\runScript.cmd -r c:\SikuliX\testprogram1.sikuli
