RaiMan proposed the following answer:
"build/visionJAVA_wrap.o: No such file or directory"
This means, that the compile step before did not work.
There should be error messages.
I guess you have to check the path settings in makeVisionProxy and adapt
them to your situation.
Later I will have a look at 13.10. Come back, if you do not get it to
run.
Meanwhile you should use
runIDE -d 3 -c
in a terminal, to get more info about the real problem.
