RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The Java used with Sikuli is from C:/Program Files/Java/jre7/ and hence the 64
Bit version, but in system path you have 2 entries pointing to the 32 Bit
versions of JDK and JRE which might lead to the confusion:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jdk1.7.0_25\\bin\\;
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Java\\jre7\\bin;
