Before running a new setup, you should empty the setup folder (C:\Sikuli in
your case) leaving only sikuli-setup.jar.

these 2 entries in system path are from RC3 and and should be removed

If setup does not terminate successfully, it makes no sense to use Sikuli.
So repeat setup as mentioned above after having fixed --2.
If setup does not end successfully come again back with the log.
