Bug description:

If you have a setup version of before 2013-11-08,
you should download sikuli-setup.jar again.
The new version does no longer download from dropbox,
but from a place at launchpad

I have been unable to complete the installation of pack1 using sikuli-
setup.jar downloaded earlier today from
https://launchpad.net/sikuli/+download. The install fails while trying
to download sikuli-IDE-1.0.1.jar as it is not able to download that
file. In the setuplog, I see the following error trace:
[error (10/30/13 1:36:36 PM)] RunSetup: Fatal error 001: not able to
download: sikuli-ide-1.0.1.jar
[debug (10/30/13 1:36:36 PM)] RunSetup: Download ended
[error (10/30/13 1:37:36 PM)] RunSetup: download not completed successfully
[error (10/30/13 1:37:36 PM)] RunSetup: ... terminated abnormally :-(
