[1.1.0 beta] IDE: Script is deleted during exit

Bug description:
After a crash of the sikuli IDE (see bug 1239720 ), the script that I
was working on got entirely deleted from the file system.
As I cannot easily reproduce this problem, I would need a hint to
where i can start searching about this issue in the code. Where is the
code cleanup executed?
